5 out of 5 starsJerry has done some painting projects for me through the years, but last year I made a great decision to use him to do a major house remodel (well over six figure project). This included some of everything, including plumbing, electrical, wall moving, painting, flooring, much trim work, and even some landscaping. He has a good eye for design and color and I relied heavily on that. He was the perfect fit for this project. He proved to be honest, reliable, congenial, and his craftmanship was great. He has a really good crew and used good subs when needed. He communicated well and went above and beyond my expectations in many instances. This was a flip property and when it came time to put it on the market I made another smart decision in using his wife's real estate company (Blake-Snodgrass Realty). We had offers within a week and a signed contract in three weeks, closing within six weeks of it hitting the market and got 99% of my asking price. I couldn't be more pleased. See more See less
